Site blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this latest document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key detailing distinct parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including layouts for dock shelters.
